Products and availability
All products on SniffRaff are sourced from third-party suppliers and listed in good faith based on community-validated complaints and fixes. Product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or is listed in error.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable sales tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the full amount shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Shipping and delivery
Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (primarily via AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, and Printful). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or customs. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund on most items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (digital products, personalised items, perishables).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SniffRaff and Forman Pacific, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
