When you make a purchase we collect your name, delivery address, email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). When you use our live chat we collect the content of your conversation. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via first-party analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; communicate with you about your order; improve our website and product discovery; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy), Anthropic for our chat assistant (conversation content is processed to generate responses), and Vercel for website hosting. Product fulfilment is handled by our supplier partners (AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Printful) who receive only the shipping information necessary to fulfil your order.
Data retention
Order data is retained for 7 years to meet accounting obligations. Chat conversation data is retained for 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the chat.
Your rights
Under applicable US federal and state privacy laws and (where applicable) the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the chat on our website.
Children
SniffRaff is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
