Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what Raff found for you. If you don't, here's how we make it right.
The short version
How to start a return
Click the chat button on any page and tell us you'd like to return an order. Have your order number ready. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within one business day. We don't use email forms or ticketing systems — the chat is the fastest way to get this sorted.
Eligible items
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are not eligible include: digital or downloadable products; personalised or custom-made items; perishable goods; items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please contact us via chat within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–7 business days to appear in your account. We will notify you via chat when the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the applicable US consumer protection laws or the FTC Act. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our returns window.
